Michael Raj read law at the University of London, United Kingdom, and obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1991.
He has extensive experience in corporate finance and commercial law, and currently heads the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice at Deol & Gill. His work encompasses restructurings (both debt and equity), information and communication technology, intellectual property, and banking and finance.
