This is a relatively new field for businesses to comply with in line with global trading community expectations of an open economy. We study and review commercial transactions and structures to ensure both compliance with the affecting laws and competition policies and optimising the transaction structure without compromising business objectives. Our team’s wide transactional knowledge of many industries gives them the ability to bring to the table unique perspectives on commercial transactions and the evaluation and assessment based on the regulator’s rules and policies on competition law governing abuse of dominant position and conduct treated as substantially lessening of competition.
